We use inquiry information to respond to you, run conflict checks and decide whether we can act for you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send inquiry details to advertising or analytics platforms.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the attorneys and staff who handle intake and, where we take on your matter, the team working on it. Our service providers process data for us under confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed for conflict-checking and record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Client records are retained as professional rules require.
